If your looking for a great place that has a lot of history, the Plymouth Orchard & Cider Mill is right up your alley! Since 1977, Plymouth Orchard & Cider Mill has been a go-to place for families to visit during the Fall.
This cider mill sells a large selection of items outside of cider and donuts. Visitors can enjoy a slice of pie, local honey, caramel apples, breads, and so much more! They also have family-friendly activities to enjoy as well. Enjoy a scenic wagon ride through the orchard and to the pumpkin patch and farm animals that children can pet and interact with. In addition, there are hay barrels for kids to climb on.

Three Cedar Farms
When it comes to a wide variety of activities for children to enjoy, Three Cedar Farms in Northville, is hard to beat. While cider and donuts is what everyones comes for, families come for the family-friendly experience it provides.
In addition to hay rides, Three Cedar Farms also has a train that can take a trip on. While you are picking pumpkins, you can also stop at the corn maze. This maze is a whole 7 acres that has challenges that is perfect for families to try. However, if your child just wants to run around and play, you can take them to Barnyard Playground. This area has live animals and other activities that children can explore while you drink and eat donuts!
Long Family Orchard
You might be wondering if we have recommendations closer to Waterford. In fact, we do! Long Family Orchard is a wonderful cider mill in Commerce, Michigan that is full of fall fun! While this orchard is open daily for pumpkin picking, Farm Yard, and Ciders/Donuts, the real fun happens on the weekend.
During the weekend, the Long Family Orchard opens up special fall fun for all ages. This location has mazes that people can explore and enjoy. They also open up the Family Farm Area which has slides, play structures, tube swings, and so much more! With out a doubt you can spend a lot of quality time here and the other great cider mills near you!
